This heavily built Bain Marie jacketed boiler is made from food grade 304 stainless steel and comes with a copper boiler liner, mirror polished inside and out. The boiler is 100% TIG welded and is available with a 2” or 4” copper lid. The copper boiler liner transfers heat quickly and is said to enhance flavors. Commonly used by professional distilleries, this scaled down version of a commercial distillery boiler provides gentle heating and can be used for making just about any type of alcohol product including but not limited to vodka, whiskey,rum, brandy and tequila. The unit is also highly effective at producing certain types of essential oils that require a distilling process other than than steam distillation.

The boiler comes standard with a 2” tri clover element port which will accept our single element 4500W/240V electric heater. The oil jacket is equipped with a pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, sight glass and drain valve. The oil jacket can be filled with Canola oil or mineral oil.
